Kenya Proceeds to Quarters

Its been a Journey for the Kenya Sevens Team during this seasons World series. The team did show good play in their pool plays. They fought their way up in the pool to gain 7 points while the lead team New Zealand had 9 points.

This is good news for the team since they have qualify to the main cup quarters to be played tomorrow.received a challenge The Team  faced a challenge at their last days match against New Zealand.... The #allBlacks did give #KenyaTeam a run for their money as the gave the team lots of pressure.

The Kenyan Team However tried their best to make a try but they were fruitless. The Game finally ended 31-0 against the reigning world-cup champions New Zealand.

This however should not discourage the team since they are proceeding to the main cups quarters and will face either Samoa or Australia...

The Kenya Team still have lots of confidence since this was not the end of their journey to the top of the series..

New Zealand Look forward to a Good Start

The defending champions of the world series,All Blacks looks forward to open the world series in style this coming weekend. This comes after their 15s Team won the Rugby Championship last weekend after beating South Africa.

The All Blacks team is still the team to beat this weekend. They won the Rugby world cup Sevens that was held in Moscow- Russia and had won the last round of Sevens series just before the world cup. It is the team that has lots of confidence this coming weekend.

Despite the fact that most of the Teams around have changed their coaches, with an aim of thrashing New Zealand, the All Blacks Team are still being lead by Sir Gordon who has been their coach since the series began.

The team players praise the coach as of being such a good and inspiring couch whose efforts to the team speak for himself. The players have put all their trust in their coach and hope that he will deliver them this weekend and make them the champions of the 1st series.

New Zealand will be in Pool A together with Kenya, USA and Tonga.

Samoa to Perfom under the new Coach

The pacific islanders are set to set their performance high this coming weekend after theirs outstanding performance last weekend at Oceania Sevens.  The team now have a new coach Viliamu Punivalu who is young and experienced rugby player. The team is set show outstanding performance this coming series

With the new coach at hand, the sevens team lifted the trophy at Fiji last week defeating the host in the finals.  The fiji team also were under the new coach Ryan Ben.

The challenge that the new coach has faced is the selection decision process. He had lost of difficulties in selecting the players to represent the Team. There are young players in the team. The coach said that during the previous tournaments, there were eight new players. This shows how competitive the team is.

The Coach believes that with him managing the sevens team, its quite easy for him to evaluate the team by evaluating individual player. This will point out a person's weakness and strengths.

This coming week the competition will be very challenging. They are in one pool with Argentina, Scotland and Australia. They hope to outweigh all these teams as their new team is more energetic and more than ready.

Wales releases squad for 1st Round at Gold Coast

Wales sevens team have unleashed their squad that will represent the country in the upcoming world series this coming weekend. The team is believed to be strong and they are all psyched up to face the fellow Pool teams

Their Coach Paul John has positive spirit on the team. He has a lot of confidence in the team and hopes for the best as they prepare to shine. This confidence comes after the team had thrashed South Africa in the recent games at Middleburg Sevens.
